Established on May 28, 2014, Hai Au Technology Solutions and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company has spent 10 years of construction, formation and development. From the early days of establishment, the Company only had 2 members with the first office located at 409 Kim Nguu. In March 2017, the company’s office moved to Second Floor – Vincom Times City Megamall, then Lane 84 Linh Nam and Den Lu Urban Area. In 2019, the company’s office continued to move to 295 Hoang Mai, and perhaps this is the place where Hai Au has been with the longest time until now, a place to “settle” for Hai Au to “build career”.
And just recently, when preparing to welcome the New Year of the Dragon 2024, Hai Au welcomed a new, more spacious headquarters in Louis City Hoang Mai urban area. Recalling the past journeys, let us look back at Hai Au’s first steps, the initial difficulties and challenges that we have overcome together. Up to now, Hai Au has turned 10 years old with nearly 40 employees (including Vinh Phat Company), the company’s apparatus has gradually become more complete with the Board of Directors, Technical Department, Project Department, Accounting Department, Logistic Department, Human Resources Department and Sales Department. 10 years is not a big number, nor a long journey, but it is a milestone that is extremely respectable and proudly recognizes the relentless efforts and efforts of the Board of Directors and Hai Au staff.
Since coming into operation, Hai Au has not only provided medical equipment and supplies to hospitals but also wishes to c ontributing to building a quality, modern healthcare industry, aiming at patient satisfaction. In the past decade, Hai Au has always strived to maintain its position as a strategic partner of major manufacturers in the world in the field of spine surgery, orthopedics and wound care in order to provide quality equipment and supplies for Vietnam’s healthcare system.
In that 10-year journey of Hai Au, it is impossible not to mention the challenging and stressful periods, especially in 2020 and 2021 – the period when the Covid pandemic broke out, causing extremely heavy economic crises. Hai Au is also not exempt from that impact, the days of social distancing will really be unforgettable days for each person and also for Hai Au. Under that pressure, we have taken flexible steps to ensure that the company’s operations can operate normally. With the cooperation of the whole team, from the company’s Board of Directors to the office and technical team, we have overcome the situation, stepped through difficult times to continue the journey of conquering new milestones.
In recent years, in order to improve the professional qualifications of the company’s staff, the Board of Directors has always created conditions for the team to participate in conferences, seminars, work with brands to have the opportunity to approach and learn about products, etc new techniques. Some outstanding activities can be mentioned such as: Scientific conference on the application of pulse-adjusted radio waves in the treatment of spinal and musculoskeletal pain for patients in 2022, the Annual Scientific Conference of the Vietnam Society of Spine Surgery in 2023 with the theme “Minimally invasive spine surgery”, … At the same time, the Company also initially organized product training sessions, corporate culture training to aim for an increasingly civilized and developed working environment, catching up with the general trend.
In addition, the Trade Union and the Board of Directors of Hai Au Company also regularly organize collective activities such as Company parties, Tourism, Picnics, Year-end party … in order to connect Hai Au employees, contributing to building a united and strong team. Annual activities such as Tourism and Year-end activities also contribute significantly to encouraging the spirit and motivating Hai Au staff to make more efforts and dedicate themselves to building Hai Au to develop more and more.
Not only accompanying each other at work, Hai Au employees also accompany and share in life, share difficult times and share common joys. Hai Au has become a home, a part of the youth of each of us.
No longer ambitions, not just aspirations, today Hai Au Medtech has gradually realized the goals and ideals that initially became talking numbers. The 10-year milestone will be an important milestone marking the transformation of Hai Au, opening up new opportunities, new challenges, new steps and new successes. We have the right to be proud and believe that we will welcome many new springs together with Hai Au and mark many more 10-year journeys under the common roof of Hai Au.
