Established in 2014, after 10 years of establishment and development, Hai Au Technology Solutions and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company is currently the distribution representative in Vietnam of medical equipment and supplies manufacturers in the world. Since coming into operation until now, Hai Au has made extremely rapid and steady developments. To gain these achievements, in addition to the strategic vision, the Board of Directors also focuses on training and building corporate culture.
It can be seen that corporate culture is not only part of the development path, but also a system of values, beliefs, and behaviors that every member of the organization must implement on a daily basis. To build and maintain a positive corporate culture, training and development for employees is extremely important.
Aware of this importance, Hai Au Technology Solutions and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company has developed a plan, initially organizing a number of training sessions with the desire to build a positive and effective working environment. On May 18, 2024, the first training session took place with the full participation of the Board of Directors as well as all employees in the company with the topic “Culture of behavior in the enterprise”. The organizers have built many activities such as playing games, team discussing , etc., thereby helping everyone to see that the culture of behavior not only plays an important role in building strong internal relationships but also affects the company’s image and reputation with customers and the community.
The second training session also received enthusiastic support from employees in the company, with the topic “Awareness of participating in group activities”. Through this training session, the company’s Board of Directors wishes to convey a message that: through group activities, all employees will be more attached and proud of Hai Au with the spirit: Work hard, play hard!
Corporate culture is a long story, easy to say but the journey to conquer it is not easy. However, the Company’s Board of Directors believes that Hai Au’s staff will join hands to build an increasingly developed, civilized, and professional working environment, so that corporate culture will be spread more and more deeply at Hai Au.
